Dear all,
I have been having issues with starting a translation in SDL Trados Studio (2019 version).
When I try to open a file for translation, I have several error messages like:
-Unexpected exception when initializing view part Fragment matches
- Key not found
- Cannot access site for type Sdl.TranslationStudi.Editor.TranslationEditor.TranslatableDocumentViewPart before the view part has been initialized.
Kindly help please!

This appears to be possibly a UAC/Permissions issue or a corrupted installation.
First- try starting Studio by right-clicking and select Run as Administrator.
If this doesn't work then follow the steps in this article-

Hi Steven,
I have tried the first option but it did not work as I got the same error message.
After that I followed the instructions in the link but when getting to Trados Studio 2019 I only have the uninstall/change option as the repair option does not appear once I click on this software.
