Trados Studio 2021 Editor's lock icon displayed abnomarlly after updated from 16.1.4.4184 to 16.1.5.4270

Question

As figure 1, the lock icon on the Editor looked fine. I clicked on the green button 'Install' and wait until completed, then continue opening Trados Studio. As figure 2, The lock icon became huge and crossover fields. During the period from installing and re-open Trados Studio, I didn't change anything. I restored Trados Studio back to older 16.1.4.4184 the problem solved but would happen again after updated to version 16.1.5.4270

Hello Nikita Zhang , 
 If you save and close the project properly and then install the update, does the problem persist? 
 Also its worth checking that after you have installed the update, if you create a new (test) project - does everything look normal?
