Cannot access Language Cloud from Trados Studio 2021

Within the application Trados Studio 2021, I cannot sign in to the Language Cloud. When I click on "sign in" (button on the top right corner), a window pops up but it remains white and does not display any content.

My licence is activated. I can access the Language Cloud from a browser. However I would need to access the Language Cloud directly in the Trados Studio 2021 application.

I am kindly asking for your help.

    I have the same problem. I've tried uninstalling and installing Trados Studio 2021 again, but the problem persists.

    Before uninstalling Trados, the pop-up window to sign in appeared, but the "spinning star" kept on spinning after I entered my email and password (but nothing else happened).

    After installing it again, when I click the "sign in" button, a message of "cannot access the language cloud servers" appears and now i cannot even sign in. I've deactivated the firewall and checked the internet connection, but nothing seems to work.

    Any ideas on how this can be solved?
