I created a project with your file and pseudo translated it:

IMAGE DELETED

I then saved the target file and opened it in Word.  Seems ok for me:

FILE DELETED

Possibly due to the version you're using?  Perhaps it's a bug in that version that is now resolved?  I see you have the latest version of 2017, but that version is no longer supported as we've been through 2019 and are past the first service pack of 2021 already.  I'm afraid I can't offer any advice that would be helpful for you.

All deleted. Probably a good idea not to put material in here you should not be making public.

We completely changed the DOCX file support in more recent versions, so I think your only solution using Trados Studio would be to upgrade.
