Trados 2021 mouse/cursor issue

I bought Trados back in March and since then I've updated it twice. Now, whenever I open the program my cursor keeps flickering non-stop, switching from arrow to circle, as if it was stuck in a process. I barely have the original projects that come with the program there and two documents I uploaded to practice on it. I didn't notice this back when I installed and used the program for the first time. Should I uninstall? Does anyone experience the same issue? Thanks. Ana.

    I am not sure whether this is the same thing, but I recently noticed a change in the behavior of my mouse pointer.

    When Studio is running, but is *not* the active window, if I move the cursor over the Studio window it will cycle repeatedly between the arrow and hourglass shapes several times a second.

    The cycling stops when I make Studio the active window or move the cursor away from the Studio window. The Studio window is the only window that shows this behavior.

    I didn't mention this before because it does not affect Studio's function, so I doubt it would ever make it to the top of the bug list even if other people were also experiencing it.

    Since I have not changed Studio for quite a while (I am using Studio 2019 SR2), it might be due to a change in WIndows.
