Login not working

I am having trouble performing the login in the sdl Trados Studio, I enter my sdl ID (email) and my password which works fine to enter my account here, and then it is just an ongoing process of waiting, to no avail. Can you please advise on this? Thank you!

I have License for Freelance 2017 Trados Studio
