I am having trouble performing the login in the sdl Trados Studio, I enter my sdl ID (email) and my password which works fine to enter my account here, and then it is just an ongoing process of waiting, to no avail. Can you please advise on this? Thank you!

Please try the following:
3. Open Trados Studio.
4. Try to login again.
To see the AppData in the hidden folders - in case it's not visible from the first - please see the steps how to make it visible here:
