Hi there,
I am trying to download an app from SDL AppStore, but I get the following error message:
"Download App
Download not avaliable
You have logged in successfully, however this app is not available for you to download because you don’t have a license for one of the supported products (SDL Trados Studio 2019 - SDL Trados Studio 2021) in your account."
-> I've checked in Studio, my licence (Freelance) is activated on my machine.
-> In my online SDL Account, under Licences, the following info is displayed:
"No data - you have no licences"
Question: How do I get my licence noticed online? Or what else can I do in order to be able to download and install Apps from SDL AppStore to Studio?
