I have just upgraded from Trados 2017 to Trados 2021, and I am disappointed to realise that SDL Batch Find and Replace is not available for Trados 2021.
Will this be available soon? Or is it integrated somewhere in Trados 2021? If so, where?

No. We have no plans to create a version of this app for 2021. We stopped working on this after 2015 as the technology is old and unreliable. Try the SDLXLIFF Toolkit as this offers the same features plus a lot more:
