Are you able to share the images? 

What are the errors exactly?

Can you confirm which version of Studio the PM is actually using also?

I would also perhaps suggest speaking to the PM about this, as if you have an updated package and after opening this and running (F8 verification) there are no errors it's difficult for us to know what could be causing the issue.

The PM would not share which version they are using, and sent screenshots of the "inconsistencies in translation" messages that they see on their end. For non-disclosure reasons, I am unable to post these screenshots, unfortunately, but have gone back and forth several times with the PM trying to figure out the issue.

To be honest, I am not sure whether this is a Trados error, or whether there is something that either they or I am doing wrong with this package. I've checked user manuals and gone back to the original package, but still am unable to see the warnings that the PM sees.
