I can access SDL.com and see my licenses and history. However, when I try to access the AppStore to download a plugin, it asks me to Login. It also tells me 'Last time you login with.... [my email address]'. I confirm and then the page reloads again.
I can download them from within the software, but I'd like to be able to browse the App Store also from the web and download the plugins from there.
EDIT: it says the plugin is installed, but it is not.
Steven, thank you for your help. I was using Safari and clearing the cache didn't help. I tried with Microsoft Edge and my account work. Still, I hope this will get fixed. Safari is not an uncommon browser.
