Since I had 2021 (i.e. the week it was released), saving entries on my TMs has been very random: sometimes, it would work. Others, it wouldn't. However, since the most recent update, it has become consistent. It just wouldn't save any new entry. So, say I enter a 100% match, it still wouldn't recognize it. And before I am asked, YES my TM is regularly updated, nothing has changed.
Could someone assist with this?

To try and understand what the issue might be, we need as much information as possible.
Are your projects/TM's saved locally or in the cloud?
Can you please post a screenshot of your project settings - for instance

Are you confirming the segments as you work, or via BatchTasks- Update TM?
