I tried deleting a few files regarding that, repair and reinstall Trados, but nothing works.

Thank you, I already saw that, but it didn't help, and I partly didn't understand it.
The additional information says "An item with the same key has already been added"
I have the same issue can anyone help? Reinstalling studio 2021 does not help
