Error when opening a Translated file for Review

Hello, community. 
 
 Our Team updated a while ago to Trados Studio 2021, and there is a persistent error. First, it happened to most of us, but now it appears to happen only with one user's files. 
 She translates a file and clicks on Check In. When a teammate Checks out the file for Review, it is shown as Translated and the Progress is 100%. 
 
 The problem is that when we open it for Review, it is not completely translated, as if the file had not been saved. Still, if we look for the segments in the memory, we can find the translation. So, what we have been doing is Pre-translating the file again, but there are some things changed when we do this, representing an issue. 
 
 Does anyone know what could be happening and how to prevent it?

Hello Stephanie Tavares There is a known defect where fully translated files move to review stage, then appear incomplete. Defect is # CRQ-18227 However both the root cause as well as the workaround is explained here: https://gateway.rws.com/csm?id=kb_article_view&sysparm_article=KB0039280 Please do review if GroupShare file versioning is possibly the issue. 
 In the meantime, it is great knowing that your users can update server TM's on the fly so that you do have something to leverage from. However I understand its far from ideal due to ongoing corrections and changes, so hopefully by locating the correct file version we can work around this defect.
