I have been working for years with MyMemory Basic.
I upgraded the other days my 2019 version to the 2021 Trados Studio.
All was working well, and, I have no idea what I did, and MyMemory does not work.
I uninstalled it and re-installed it, it appears in the Project Settings, yet, I get no results.

Can you please advise which version of MyMemory are you using with Trados Studio 2021?
Also, in Trados Studio 2021, if you go to the Add-Ins tab, then click Plug-ins, can you see MyMemory in there? Is it enabled?

I also see MyMemory 5.13.

Indeed, it appears to be the right version for Studio 2021.
May I recommend disabling the plugin from the Plug-ins window (untick it), restart Studio, and then enabling it again, followed by another restart of Studio. If the plugin doesn't work, uninstalling it, and reinstalling it might work.

I restarted my PC whenever needed.
I am in despair.
I was working and everything worked and something went wrong, I think, when I tried Pre-translate MyMemory, to see what it is.
I do not know if this has triggered something, but MyMemory does not work I get a "No matches found" when it does Searching.
What can I do??

Can it be that by accident I have pressed something in Studio that is blocking the performance of the plugin?

Maria, if you have enabled the plugin, in the Translation Memory and Automated Translation window you have enabled and selected update MyMemory, and if you haven't used the plugin for more than 1000 words today, the plugin should work. Also, you can make sure you don't have other TMs or Machine Translation providers on that window. If it still doesn't work, I would recommend contacting MyMemory support, as this is a 3rd-party plugin, and they are more qualified to help you!
On my end, the plugin works, as I've just installed it and used it with my Studio.

After all the effort you made to help me yesterday, for which I thank you, let me tell you that I gave up, turned off the PC and thought I would deal with the issue the following day.
Today, having done nothing extra, everything works as always!
Technology can be weird sometimes :)

I'm glad to hear this plugin is working again.
My first guess is that MyMemory considered you've used all the 1000 words/day, so if this issue is happening again (hopefully not), it would be nice to consider first everything I've suggested here, and if necessary, contacting MyMemory support.
