What Studio version are you using? Please let us know by going to Help tab - top ribbon- then select "About SDL Trados Studio".

I tried to reproduce this - with the same settings as you have -but could not, unfortunately.

Can you please also check that your TM has the Updated checkbox selected? 

Can you try a run a repair and try again?

I have Studio 2021 SR1 - 16.1.6.4276. and yes, my TM hast the updated checkbox selected:

I tried again, I take my Backup-TM, set a new project with it and the file but now the autopropagate runs normally and all the 4 segments get the right translation.

So I tried to write first the wrong translation in the first segment and autopropagate and then the right one but it runs normally, all 4 segments were changed every time.

So my problem has disappeared from itself. I don't understand, what had happened.

Nevertheless, thank you for your help.
