There are posts from people about matches not being found in TMs. My problem is slightly different. I get matches from the TMs I have added in the project settings. But I get the message "no matches found or no lookup performed" for segments that recur in the document. So it seems like the Project TM isn't working. Very frustrating because it defeats the main object of using a CAT tool!

Can you please go to Help tab - top menu- and "About SDL Trados Studio" and let us know your full Studio version.
Also, if you have pending updates, you should see an orange bell at the top right corner in the product.
If your Studio is updated, please remove the project TM from the translation providers, run a Studio repair, then add it again.
