Trados Studio 2021 error message

 I have a problem with Trados Studio 2021. I have two .idml files (Indesign) to translate. I open the first one without any problem, but when I want to open the other one, I get an error messages from Trados: "The element has already been added. Dictionary key: 'n' Added key: 'n'" (in French: "L'&eacute;l&eacute;ment a d&eacute;j&agrave; &eacute;t&eacute; ajout&eacute;. Cl&eacute; du dictionnaire : 'n' Cl&eacute; ajout&eacute;e : 'n'") I converted the indd file (original Adobe Indesign format) again into to idml (format normally accepted by Trados Studio), tried to open it with and without translation memory and the same problem appears every time When searching on the Trados help pages, a message advises to go and delete the duplicated plugins. I only have 2 plugins, Deepl and Antidote, and they are not duplicated...

 Are you able to open the problematic file in Studio, as 'Translate as single document' then without doing any translations- simply Save Target As? 
 If there are problems at this stage, this will often suggest there is an issue with the original Source File. 
 In regard to the plugins- its always worth removing them and reinstalling, as they may have been corrupted for some reason. 
 After closing Studio- you can check the following folders for duplicates and/or delete the plugins
