I installed Studio 2021 last weekend after restoring my computer using a clean backup from 2 years ago (created immediately after a clean install of Windows 10 and clean installation of Studio 2017 and all of my other programs) and then updating Windows and everything else.
After all of that effort to provide a clean environment for Studio 2021, if I perform a Translation Count when in Editor view, save the file and then change to File view, the Confirmation Statistics in File view do not reflect the new wordcount that shows in Editor view. I have to perform another Translation Count in File view to get the statistics to update there.
Even though I was very careful to create a clean environment for Studio 2021, I understand that I might be the only one experiencing this problem.
So let me ask the following question:
If you perform a Translation Count in Editor view and save the file, does the Confirmation Statistics window in File view change accordingly, or do you have to perform another Translation Count when in File view?

By the way, this is not the only surprise I got after installing Studio 2021. The cursor sometimes disappears in Editor view. (It appears again if I click in the Translation Results window and then click in the Editor window again). The first big file I attempted to translate from a package in Studio 2021 showed complete misalignment of the source and target segments. (The file displayed properly in Studio 2019). And Studio 2021 also crashed unexpectedly once during a translation.
I bought the Studio 2021 upgrade more than a year ago, but decided to wait until some of the bugs had been worked out before installing it.
Since I haven't noticed any benefits to using Studio 2021 instead of Studio 2019, I have to say that I am greatly tempted to put it back on the shelf again until the next update. (I am not using cloud projects.)
