Hi,

I'm using Trados Studio 2019 SR2-15.2.8.3007. It's a couple of day that I get this error message: An item with the same key has already been added

The first time with a .docx file, the second time with a .xlsx file.

I downloaded Trados Studio 2021 free trial and I got no error!

Could you please check why this happen only with 2019?

It is not the first time that I open a ticket for this reason. The first time I had no final answer, I hope to be luckier now.

For now I can't upgrade to 2021 and therefore I ask you to be able to fix this bug in the 2019 version.

Hello IMAGINE srl

Often the cause of such errors are duplicate plugins.

I would suggest you remove the plugins from the plugins folder

You will find them here in Packages/Unpacked. (Make sure Studio is closed first)

Then run a repair/reset on Studio

And reinstall the plugins one by one from the Appstore

Dear ,

We followed all your suggestions but the error persists.

In April we had the same problem, the same suggestion and the error persisted.

We created a project using another PC with another Trados 2019 licence without success, the only solution is to use Trados 2021....

I think this issue should be analysed in a different way probably, this error is happening more and more often.
