Trados shutdown with loss of progress

Hello, 
 I'm writing because I recently had this problem with Trados three times: I'm translating and Trados shuts down unexpectedly. I save the project very often and I have the 1 minute automatic save configuration. Despite this, when I reopen Trados, the loss of text translated goes backwards to a save that is previous to the last one. For example, today it has gone from 91% to 86% (the first time Trados shut down) and, later, from 98% to 83% (the second time Trados shut down), with a total loss of 3 hours of work. 
 I hope you can understand the problem and it would be great if you can help me.

 To help us help you you, we need more information. 
 Do you get any error messages before Studio closes? 
 What version of Studio are you running? (Help- About Trados Studio). 
 Where are you files and projects stored? Locally or in the cloud? 
 Are you confirming (CTRL+ENTER) each and every segment as you go? 
 Perhaps its also worth checking your TM to ensure the translations are also being saved and that the TM is actually enabled in your project settings.
