Segmentation Rule for "Right Indentation"

I'm translating a lot of projects, that are restaurant menus. Almost all of them have a "Right Indent" after a food item title followed by the price and weight of the dish.

I would like to create a rule where this special character <char name="Right Indent"/> would be considered a break in the segments, so I can translate faster the menu item and not have to manually copy the "Right Indent" and the price after it each time. If the "Right Indent" and what follows it was a new segment, I'd be able to leave it blank and unchanged, as it often does not need translation. This will save me hours of unnecessary work, but I'm not successful in making this new segmentation rule, and require the assistance of the community.

I added <char name="Right Indent"/> in the list of segmentation rules in my TM, but this proved unsuccessful. How do I add special characters like "Right Indent" in segment rules?

Thank you so much for the assistance Pray
