It should be very straightforward to add these TUs to your TM. Create a normal project and add the respective xlf files to it. In the target folder of the project (a subfolder of the project folder that is called en-gb or eb-us or something like this if you translate Ducht to English) you will find a file with the file ending sdlxliff for each xlf file you added to the project.

In the "Translation Memories" view of Trados Studio, select the TM you want to add the TUs to, select "Import" from the ribbon. You can add sdlxliff files straight to the TM.

There are probably a thousand ways of doing this - this is one of them.
