I think target segments 295 and 296 are missing a tag (the revision tag). If you press ALT+INSERT in both segments, I think it' fix your problem.

Anyway, in order to see the missing tags in Trados Studio, in File > Options > Editor select any of these 2 options: Show all formatting and tags or Show all tags but do not show formatting. I always recommend translating with tags.

Thanks for the tip. I switched on to Show all formatting and tags, but no change. There are no tags in the source. Alt+insert does not help.

No sir, I cannot. But I created another word file and copy-pasted some text with the comments from the source file I try to translate, plus added new comments of my own as you can see here.

I see all the tags now and the comments are alive in the target file. So I assume that the problem is in the initial Word and comment tags just do not work for some reason - neither with the deleted text nor with the added one.

I've been able to create another Word document and this time the were no tags visible in the Editor.

So if you can post a sample file with the problematic comments, I can have a look at your case.

First, tags are visible in the Editor if you go to the Review ribbon and select All content in the Display filter:

Anyway I can replicate your issue (comments are gone in the generated target file) and there seems no to be no way to keep them. So I'm afraid that  or Paul can have a look here as the DOCX file type may be need to address this issue.

I'm attaching a Word file that works OK, I mean, translated comments are kept in the generated target document.
