Login problem with machine translation service

A few days ago I bought an upgrade to Trados Studio 2021 and the vendor (LSP Software from Poland) recommended a new service - machine translation. He sent me a video tutorial. However, when I tried to log in to my SDL account, I got a message:

Error message in Trados Studio 2021 stating 'Your SDL ID is not linked to any SDL Language Cloud account.' with a 'Sign out' button visible.

I have been using Trados Studio for 10 years and have also changed my email address in the meantime. I have added the new address to my account, but the old one is still there as well. Perhaps this is the problem? Unfortunately, I don't have access to the old mailbox anymore, so I can't check what settings were assigned to the old address.I also do not remember the password associated with the old email address.
