error "Could not find a part of the path" when saving

Question

This just started to happen yesterday. Every time I want to save my project this error pops up. I was able to export the document the second time into my original file format, but not the first one. For the sake of time, I ended up copy pasting each segment because I didn't know what else to do. Both projects were delivered in Word and I uploaded them, one as a new project and the second as another file of a previous project. I was able to save the error files if someone wants to see them 
 I am not very tech savvy so I need help. Thank you everyone.
