SelectedTab cannot be set before the pane has been added to a panes collection

Question

Hello to All 
 I have been desperate for some 8 hours. When I opened a very large file this morning, I came across with this error message. 
 I read all the tips here and in Proz, nothing words. Not even the latest version of Freshstart. 
 One of my projects has 23,000words and had to be finished today. Impossible to do it, it does no open ANY file at all. 
 Please assist, I do appreciate it.

Hi Maria, 
 
 I think resetting the Window Layout has helped me with this problem in the past (button in the middle of the "View" tab in Studio).
