Request for refund because I cant activate

My order number is 650688. I bought the subscription on 6/19/2021, only 2 days ago.

I met difficulty when I want to activate the desktop version of Trados.

I only have 1 device but the error message is I reached the maximum number. I guess maybe because I changed the name of my laptop in the "setting's in Windows 10. 

I think it is not smart to identify the device and the error message is annoying.

I guess I need more time to evaluate the software ( I have 28 days left for trials) and I want a refund first.
