Unable tu use NMT

Question

Hi, 
 I already asked a question, a few minutes ago, on the topic but let me please add this this info. 
 I wanted to use free NMT service. Using the instruction, I get 
 
 When I click on your account, I'm invited to subscribe to a package, When I try to subscribe I have to fill a form (which I did) and you would guess ... no answer 
 Furthermore, the link How to activate the Language Cloud Machine Translation Free subscription? 
 d o not work ... 
 Please help

Hi Pierre Robidoux , 
 Are you connected at the top right corner in the software on one of the 2 devices yet? If not, please try to connect using the same credentials as the ones to sign in to your SDL account - 
 Also what Studio full version are you using? Help tab -top ribbon- >About SDL Trados Studio. 
 In alternative, please use the plugin version to connect to NMT, using the steps described here:
