Plugin error with Studio 2021 - all resetting methods do not help

A colleague of mine has a big problem. When starting Studio a plugin error is reported. However, afterwards Studio starts and the error disappears.

When trying to save error details, Studio crashes...

I have just a print of the error message, which I attach here. I have tried to remove all plugins from the folders, I also tried to remove these via the Plugin management, but to no avail. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Uninstalling Studio and reinstalling as admin does not help. Resetting does not help either. Even removing the Studio group from the registry editor made no change. I would need your help there via a support case.
