I have two .srt files of subtitles of a video, translated in Subtitle Edit. How can I create a Translation Memory from them, and import into Studio 2021, to use when I am subtitling on SDL Studio 2021?

Hi Daniel Olsson,
You can open the .srt files directly with the Alignment features, the source and target and create the TM by aligning them.
Please check what Alignment is and how to open the files for alignment:

Does it help ?

Hi Oana,
and thanks for your answer. I am new to this subtitling extension, so workoing my way around it.
I managed to create the tm as suggested, it was quite straightforward. Now I am looking for a way to adjust all timings by the same amount. If you have a solution to that as well would be great (see in other question).
thanks again,
Daniel
Hi Daniel,
I don't know exactly what you mean by I am looking for a way to adjust all timings by the same amount, see if this link is useful.
