Since I have been given over 30 PHP files, I created a custom file type following Paul's useful video.
The files are converted well except for two. Trados keeps recognizing the two files as HTML, so I cannot see their content.
I tried to delete the *.php; in HTML 5's file dialog wildcard expression under the file type (hoping Trados stop detecting them as HTML), then the files are not converted as Translatable.
Is there any way to make Trados recognize them as PHP files as the other files?
Have you opened the files in a text editor to compare them with your other files? I'd start there to look for some sort of clue as to why Trados Studio sees them as HTML as opposed to your custom filetype.

Hello Paul, thank you so much for your insight. Yes, I did open the files in a text editor, and I found that a different regex was needed.
I used another regex for opening the file, and Trados beautifully recognized them as PHP files! I am happy now :)
