Error after latest update ("Could not load file or assembly 'SimpleInjector...'")

Hello,

I've just updated Trados Studo 2021 and started having this issue. I can't open the program. When I try, this warning/window appears.

Error message window on Trados Studio stating 'Could not load file or assembly 'Sdl.ProjectApi, Version=15.0.0.0, Culture=neutral' or one of its dependencies. The located assembly's manifest definition does not match the assembly reference. Exception from HRESULT: 0x80131040'.

Then nothing happens. Any clues?
