Good morning,
I have started using MultiTerm 2021 but the search tool is not working, which makes really hard to work on the system. It allows me to type text on the box, but it does not react, no matter which search option I click on.
I have deleted and reinstalled the software but it is still not working. I am using Windows 10 Pro x64 (v. 2004).
Hope you can help me to solve this urgently.

So the problem itself is inside MultiTerm, not in a specific project in SDL Trados. Whenever I open a database created in other computer in MultiTerm, I can see that database but can't use the Search Tool, which makes the experience pretty unefficient.
I have downloaded the latest versions of Trados and MultiTerm and reinstalled everything without success. I've also followed these steps: https://gateway.rws.com/csm?id=kb_article_view&sysparm_article=KB0025093 and after that, I got this message:
"Setup did not complete. The error is: Package "SDL MultiTerm local Termbase Updater" could not be installed. " (see pic)
Any advice?
