Multiple errors! No idea what is going on

Question

Hello, 
 I am close to finishing a translation and get the message below when I try to view the file in word: 
 - check file or unit permissions 
 - check if there is enough free memory and disk space 
 - open the document with text recovery converter 
 
 Looking at the file name, I think it it is still named after the source file, so maybe that is the problem? The original file may be "read only," right?

 So the error seems to appear outside of Trados studio so I googled a bit the error described by you and maybe the support articles from Microsoft would help
