Upgrade from Trados 2017 Freelance Plus to Trados 2021 Freelance Plus-Purchased two licences by mistake

Hello,

I have Trados 2017 Freelance Plus and I have purchased on June 30th an upgrade to Trados 2021 Freelance. But by mistake I have ordered two licences (instead of one, at 195 euros). I have not made the payment yet. Who can I contact to modify my order ? (I have received a confirmation of my order by orderprocessing@sdl.com and sent them an email but didn't get any answer)
