Please can anyone help with a solution for the problem below:
Corrupt file: Tag with ID 'adj10009' defined more than once.
I analysed two .docx files and exported the unknown segments. There was no error message; however, when I try to open the file I get the error message above and I cannot open it.
I have already tried saving the file as .doc but it does not work.

Could you please confirm the exact version of Studio you are running please as this will be helpful if we need to update the item for further investigation.

Thanks for getting back to me.
I logged the error as it is a different code number adj10009 rather than adj10006.
The version is Trados Studio 2021 SR1 - 16.1.8.44.04.

Just to let you know that I decided to replace non-breaking hyphens with standard ones, and I managed to open my exported unknown segments with no problem. It may be the case that the error adj10006 is caused by the same issue.
So hopefully in the next update, this won't be an issue anymore.
