Hello
I'm trying to install a plugin but the assistant tells me I have to tick a box wich is greyed out (I've already selected each of the three options and restarted my laptop). How can I pass this step?

Hello Aurélie Machut,
Please make sure Trados Studio 2019 is on the latest update (Help-Check for Updates) as you need the latest version to run/install the app)
Can you please restart your PC and then Right click Studio- select Run as Administrator.
Now try to install the plugin and restart Studio
