Trados Studio 2021 SR1, latest update fails

Trados Studio 2021 SR1, latest update fails. Trados does not start anymore after installing the update and re-booting twice. You will find the Build number in the screenshot below.

    Mine is doing the same on the same build. It gets as far as "Loading Plugins", then just shuts down. No errors, nothing. I've rebooted several times, uninstalled and reinstalled it several times, I've tried the usual fixes of renaming the Studio folder in Documents and the numbered folders in AppData\Roaming\SDL, nothing is working. I kept the installer for the old build and that still works.

    The log shows:
