Good morning. Studio 2017 is not opening. I disintalled and installed again but it's not working. I have a project to deliver and don't really know what to do. I get no message, it just doesn't kick off. Thanks for your help.

Does Studio appear in the taskbar as active (underlined)?
If so, then its likely Studio is opening 'off screen' and this Wiki article should help
If this doesn't help- try repairing/resetting Studio
