Can't select other languages other than French, German, English, Spanish and Catalan. Why is that? Need to fix that. I had no problem with older Trados version. I have 2019. Thank you

If Portuguese is not among the 5 languages you selected when installing Trados studio 2019 freelance then there would be needed to add it there replacing a language that you don't currently use.
There is a similar post with the same issue and maybe the steps indicated there would help
