Unable to create a new project.

Question

Good afternoon, 
 Since I downloaded the last update of Studio 2021 some days ago, when I try to start a new project Studio gets blocked and I cannot go on. I don't receive any error message but the pointer becomes a loading circle and nothing happens, therefore I cannot create projects anymore. Can you help me?

 Go to this location: 
 
 for Trados Studio 2021 : C:\Users\%UserName%\AppData\Roaming\SDL\SDL Trados Studio\16 
 Rename the Plugins folder into Plugins_old or delete it
