Reports do not display in Trados Studio

Question

After I have the files analyzed and then try to view the report, I get the 'Can't reach this page' error message (see below). An XML file with a report does get generated and saved to the Reports folder. My Trados Studio version is 2019 SR2.

Trados Studio 2019 SR2 error message 'Can't reach this page' with suggestions to make sure the web address is correct, search for the site on Bing, or refresh the page. The Reports section is visible with options to analyze files.

 Could you let us know the exact version of Studio you have installed (Help- About Trados Studio and also the version of Trados Analyse you have installed please.
