Termbase suddenly empty

Question

I've been doing a translation and I could add terms to my termbase but nothing was showing with the red overhead line indicating a match in source segment. 
 I closed and reopened, still no recognition but I could find the term in the termbase. 
 I added a second termbase and that showed with the red overhead line. When I closed that one and tried using only the original one there WAS NOTHING in it at all. 
 I tried opening in multiterm and it says there are zero entries. 
 
 Please help me recover this large termbase, it has taken a long time to build it up. 
 
 SDL Studio 2019 and Multiterm both up to date.

Thanks but I spoke to RWS support and they asked the same. I have my TB's in a one drive folder and was able to restore to a previous version then reorganise the TB in MultiTerm and it's all working (for now). I just lost the last few days of entries so no big deal.

 Could you please provide the actual version numbers for Studio and MultiTerm (Help About Studio-MultiTerm) 
 Also please post screen shots of what you are seeing in the project setting/Termbase and that of MultiTerm, might enable us to see what exactly might be the issue.
