Everything worked fine since this morning. I am using Studio 2014 since a few months without any problems. Today, Studio opens but only the small icone at the bottom of the screen and I cannot maximise it. I still hate Studio 2011 that is working fine. Multiterm doesn't work at all. I make a deinstallation and the a re-installation but same problem continues.
The other option is to hover your mouse over the Studio Icon - until you see the Studio UI and then right-click and select the 'Maximise' option:
