Help! My Studio Won't open.

Question

Dear communty, I need help! 
 
 Today my private SDL Trados Studio 2021 application would not start. I got the prompt: 
 "Servicce 'Sld.TranslationStudio.Api.ProjectManagement.lProjectManagementService' could not be started." 
 
 I have been working for weeks in Studio without issues. 
 I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling twice. No changes. 
 Per other community threads I have checked the folder <C:\Users\perapeljensen\Documents> which is empty. 
 Somebody please help me! I am desperate.
