Hi there,
I've got an up-to-date installation of Trados Studio 2021 and Office 365 but receive the following error message when trying to preview a Word file from the Preview pane: "Microsoft Office 2007 or later must be installed to preview Office files"
The strange thing is that it sometimes works and sometimes doesn't – and I've never been able to work out what suddenly made it work again.
Does anyone else see this error message sometimes?
Would be grateful for any tips!

Thanks for the link! Perhaps I should be clear that I'm referring to the external Word preview with yellow highlighting of the current segment. It works 90% of the time for me with Office 365, but the 10% of times that it doesn't are a big headache. So I'm just trying to get to the bottom of why it doesn't work sometimes.
