Have you checked the settings under Translation Memory and Automated Translations to ensure the provider is enabled?

If everything is checked, please remove the provider restart Studio and then add this back into the project.

If the problem persists, please remove the plugin, and reinstall making sure its the correct version and compatible with your version of Studio

Also please let us know which MT provider you are using and perhaps share some screenshots of the editor view so we can get a better idea what might be the issue,

along with which version of Studio you are using.

Yes, both the provider and the TM are enabled.
I already tried all the strategies you suggest (removing the provider, removing the TM, reinstalling the plugin, etc).
I'm using a Systran neural engine and Studio 16.1.8.4404.
I attach a screenshot of a test file included in the current project.

As this is a paid third party app (Systran) I am unable to test this properly.

Its perhaps worth contacting Systran directly, as the plugin hasn't been updated for quite some time and there maybe incompatibilities with the latest Studio versions.

I've also tested it with DeepL and SDL Language Cloud, both separately and together, and obtain the same behavior: most segments are left blank.

Would you be able to test this with either of these providers?
