Has anyone found an answer to the problem of tiny icons on Studio on laptops with high resolution displays, which I read about on some old threads? I've recently got a new Dell 2in1 laptop, and the icons and some the text is so small it's hard to see them.
Btw, I'm using Studio 2021

There are a couple of things you could try.
First ensure that the Windows display settings are set correctly as explained here

Thanks for these suggestions, which I'd tried before from previous threads, but tried again. The app still didn't seem to make any difference, and though changing the display settings didn't solve the problems, it did make some interesting changes which might be clues, and which I'll keep working on as I keep searching for the fix, which I sense is there somewhere!
