When I save an xlf or tmx file I received via email, it is saved with the Trados icon and, when I launch it to open it, it starts a (re)installation of the whole software!! Why is that? Can someone help me? Thank you in advance!! Valeria

Thank you, Steven. I "repaired" Trados, but the icons seem to be the same.
When I click to open a project file I received, Trados installation is launched. See screenshot below:
