TM suddenly out of use / corrupted - "The translation provider '[XXX.sdltm]' could not be opened and has been disabled" (Studio 2019)

Hello,

I encountered a problem in the middle of translating. I had already been working with the same text and files for a while when Studio (2019) suddenly informed me that "The translation provider '[XXX.sdltm]' could not be opened and has been disabled".

Warning message in Trados Studio stating 'The translation provider XXX.sdltm could not be opened and has been disabled.'

I got the same message in Project settings, and when I removed the file-based TM from the list and tried to add it back in, I got the following error message: "The translation memory '[XXX.sdltm]' could not be opened. The translation memory data file is corrupt."

Error message in Trados Studio indicating 'The translation memory XXX.sdltm could not be opened. The translation memory data file is corrupt.'

It was the memory which I was currently using and updating and I didn't consciously do anything out of the ordinary in Studio, so I have no idea what could have syddenly caused this. Could something have gone wrong with how a new segment was committed to memory or something? Other TMs seem fine.

The file is still where is should be in the network drive, but when I click on it I get the following:
